As President of Dream Big, Jasim Makhlooq leads the executive committee in delivering quality programs to the audience in Bahrain through creative and innovative methods. He oversees program development and community engagement, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment. Jasim is committed to sustainability and helping volunteers improve their skills, fostering strong partnerships and making a positive impact in the community.

As Head of Marketing and Social Media, Rahim Alrahim oversees the marketing strategies and online presence. He develops and implements campaigns to raise awareness about the program, engaging with the community and ensuring a strong presence.

As Head of Finance, Maryam Alkhawaja oversees the financial operations of Dream Big. She ensures sound financial management, budgeting, and reporting, maintaining the financial health of the organization and supporting its sustainability and growth.

As Head of Events & Logistics, Jannat Nader plans and coordinates Dream Big’s events and activities. She ensures that events are well-organized and impactful, managing all logistical aspects to create memorable and successful experiences for participants.

As Vice President of Dream Big, Sayed Hashem Almajed supports in managing the executive committee and overseeing the delivery of quality English education. He ensures smooth program operations, fosters community engagement, and contributes to strategic planning and decision-making, promoting sustainability and volunteer development.

As Head of Curriculum Development, Mohammed Ali leads the creation and enhancement of the educational content. He ensures that the curriculum is innovative, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of students.

As Head of Student Affairs, Hussain Sabba focuses on the well-being and success of Dream Big’s students. He develops programs and services that support student engagement, retention, and achievement, ensuring a positive and supportive educational experience.

As Head of Partnerships & Sponsorships, Karim Altoobli develops and maintains relationships with partners and sponsors. He seeks out opportunities for collaboration and funding, ensuring that Dream Big has the resources needed to achieve its mission.

As Head of Volunteers Affairs, S.Qasim Fadhul manages the training and support of volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver quality education. He is dedicated to enhancing volunteer skills and creating a positive and collaborative environment for all volunteers.

As Head of Public Relations, Maysam Marhoon manages Dream Big’s communications with the public and media. She develops strategies to build and maintain a positive image for the program, highlighting its successes and engaging with the community to promote its mission and values.

As Head of Communications, Hussain Majeed manages Dream Big’s internal and external communications. He ensures clear and effective communication among team members, volunteers, and the community, facilitating collaboration and transparency.
